End User License Agreement
This agreement describes how you may install and use the Lumenet desktop application for Windows and how it connects to your Lumenet account.
License grant
Lumenet is licensed for your use, not sold. Subject to these terms and your account status, you may install and run the software on Windows PCs that you activate through your account, within your seat limit.
We do not grant rights to redistribute, sublicense, or publicly perform the software.
Account activation required
Full desktop features require a Lumenet account and browser-based activation on each device. Activation links your account to the app on that PC via OAuth; you approve the link on the account site.
Each activation uses a seat on your plan. Removing or revoking a device from the dashboard frees its seat for another PC.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
You may not circumvent seat limits, tamper with activation or entitlement checks, or use modified builds to avoid account enforcement.
Installers are distributed through our signed release channel; verify the publisher signature in Windows before installing.
Updates
The app may check for updates periodically or when you choose Check for updates. That check sends version and platform metadata needed to offer the correct signed installer — not your connection log or rule data.

Pre-release
Lumenet is in pre-release. Features, seat defaults, and billing may change before general availability. Account billing is not live yet; see the dashboard and
Terms of Service for the current pre-release status.
Data on your PC
Firewall rules, activity history, enforcement state, and locally computed views remain on your machine. The desktop app does not upload your connection log for analytics or ads by default.
